Before going out on location, we had to create a call sheet with a few details from the cast, the place of the shoot, time, emergency numbers etc. This is in case we needed to get in touch with our actors. As well as that, we included the numbers and addresses of the local police and hospital in case of any emergencies occurring during the shoot.
